fcitx-table-array30 software package provides Flexible Input Method Framework - Array30 table, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fcitx-table-array30
fcitx-table-array30 is installed in your system.
